Our Approach

Our Approach First we engage on the front end of the project during the preliminary design phase and provide you with experienced advice to determine the best design for your project. We are then available to work with the Architect to complete the construction documents. After the design documents are complete, we begin the competitive bid phase of the project. Finally we manage the completion and delivery of the project during the final phase.

Finalize Design

We can work with your architect to finalize the plans for the project.

Bidding

Once the documents are complete, we will create a detailed estimate for your project.

Construction

We will oversee all construction activities from start to project close out.
